Unprofessional and incompetent staff completely wasted my time. Also wanted to charge me twice as much as originally quoted. Avoid this location (Howard). Never an issue at other locations in 25+ years. I ended up just filing on my own online.
Way over priced and didnt explain why they were charging what they charged
