Ive been there 2 time w/ melissa Anderon her fault . She goes to fast and does not pay full attention to details. She should not be doing peaple taxes at all. When i paid for single file at 177.00. High. I called them on the mistake and they wanted me to call tax peaple. No!!! I paid for taxes to be done correctly. U deal with it and make it wright . Be ware peaple. Sorry to share this. Butt its the sad truth
I came to H&R Block because of an issue I encountered with TurboTax and needed assistance amending my taxes. I scheduled an appointment and Melissa helped me through the process. She was an attentive listener, very knowledgeable, and made sure to review everything thoroughly so that all my bases were covered. This was my first time visiting H&R Block, and the experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need help filing your taxes or if you need to have them amended.
I walked in and they were able to help me right away. We worked with Danny and he was so kind. I had done my taxes on my own wrong and they needed to be amended. Again,Danny was so wonderful and made me feel so welcome. My father happened to be with me and he was so impressed he said he will switch to this H&R Block for his taxes next year.
Such great people work there! Im always happy when I come in!
