Had a horrible experience filing taxes here and the customer service was absolutely horrific. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this branch.
The receptionist was very rude and barely spoke English. She had an attitude everytime I asked a question regarding my taxes.

The tax done here was a disaster! At first they were like hey we got you into net positive all those years ago! And then they were like oh we have a software but you gotta pay for the software and it’s like $476 to rip you off cuz I wasn’t some standard employee nonsense
I filed in this location and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They also are not open all year so if you have questions after the filing period you have to go to a different location. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
