Susana Jean — avoid at all costs. Awful. Never responded to phone, email or in app messages. On April 14th, panicked, I filed my own extension. Still haven’t heard from her. The worst tax experience of my life. Never again.
Updating to reflect the owner’s response as they refuse to accept responsibility for not knowing tax laws that will cost taxpayers money. It is not the cost of service. It is their hiring of untrained people and then laughing off mistakes of thousands of dollars. Avoid this office as it does not know basic tax laws and may cost you money. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Made an appt, received a confirmation, came in and the guy said he (Bill) was double booked & not his problem. OK sir! Terrible customer service and incompetent scheduling situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR ANY HR BLOCK FOR THAT MATTER, they all are the SAME! Waste of TIME!!!
