Extremely disappointed by H&R Block. I was given misleading information by the tax preparer about how the preparation fee would be deducted from my refunds. State or Federal. I spoke with the manager at this location, and she repeatedly told me to call my bank to check about my state refund. Later in the call, she finally informed me that H&R Block's fee had been deducted from my state refund. (ALL of it) When I filed my taxes, I was told that my FEDERAL REFUND would be where the preparation fee would be deducted from. The H... read more
