Doing the taxes themselves wasn’t much of an issue except how much they take to do it, I got mail from IRS and I’ve been attempting to contact ANYONE for WEEKS N MONTHS. It’s Beyond tragic and ridiculous that I cannot get into touch with ANYONE. I have a full time job n they’re closed by the time I’m off and have left voicemails. Someone at alllllll Should help!
Yeah dont go here they dont know what they are doing. I claim 4 people 3 of which are two kids and a newborn. Fee's went up to 230 and my return was 1900 makes no sense. The lady kept saying the kids were eligable but kept not answering my question if she actually put it in the system or not because that return is only a number that makes sense if I WAS SINGLE AND HAD NO KIDS AND CLAIMED NOBODY BUT MYSELF. They scheduled me for another day for a second review but im canceling and going somewhere else.
