It was not my normal H&R Block location but the lady that was very friendly and helpful. I was only there to pick up tax information during the off-season.
Miss. Francis was great, I almost stopped doing business with H n R block due to my last experience recently. Miss Frances did an amazing job and changed my mind, I will be back working with her with my taxes next year.
By far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in the 20 plus years of filing my taxes. I drop my documents off on the 14th ( was supposed to be an appointment to sit down and review my taxes) and I never received a call or any attempt to communicate to discuss my taxes. I called but never received a return call. The 15th came and went. Nevine Youssef ( tax prepare ) was horrible. I spoke with Dawn Wheal ( manager )after I was unable to collect my documents.
