If your filing online. And your wanting refund advance. Don't take the bait and pay 500 fie tax pro. I got email saying they denied me loan. Yet still had to pay 500 for person to submit my returns I had already spent days completing online. There is no way to do it other than with pro. And no guarantee you will be approved.wish I would have known this cause now im out 500 and nothing to show for it. This will be my last year with them after 20 years. They conned me and left me no other option. Beware!!
