William Erickson did my taxes this year and I’m beyond happy with his service. I went to multiple other businesses to help me with a more complex tax situation and none were willing to go out of their way to help me like Mr Erickson did. I will be going to him as long as I live in Richmond.
This was my first time going to H&R Block and I will not be back. I had a more complicated tax situation than I normally do, so I went here to have their "tax professional" help me. My appointment and documents were submitted about a month before taxes were due and the "professional" never finished them!! I messaged him multiple times through the app and he just didn't respond.
