This was my first time going to H&R Block and I will not be back. I had a more complicated tax situation than I normally do, so I went here to have their "tax professional" help me. Made an appointment to get taxes done mostly for refund advance purposes and I will be having twins in a month or so and wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. Went to see the guy who I have been going too now for 4 years. When I get there he doesn’t recognize me which is fine who cares but proceeds to say the office called to reschedule because he has a doctors appointment.
