I have had my taxes done by H&R Block for several years now, and have Always been pleased with the results! Now this year is the very first time I've had my state taxes done in person. I was having some problems, because I filed my federal taxes online, but messed up the state tax part, cause I've only been living in Virginia for a couple of years.
