I sincerely hope that no one else has to have as stressful and disheartening of an experience as I had with H&R Block for 2025 tax return preparation, and that is why I'm writing this honest review. I do not recommend working with this office, and I have sincere doubts that the platform itself is reliable at all. ZERO stars needs to be an option! Never ever answers the phone! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! any where but cary town location. Yes call will roll over to national call center but NO NO I want to speak to someone local. No one I mean no one "EVER" answers the phone! This location is a joke and should close! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
