Very quick and pleasant experience. Very professional. Brian was a HUGE help and was very polite and a great help. Very quick as well! Will always have Brian do my Taxes.
Unprofessional, sarcastic, and was unable to clarify questions I had. He was only worried about how I was going to pay. He also copied my signature and only had me sign once and he did the rest of the signatures.
H&R block spams me, and doesn't have any way to get my email address off their list. Simply allow me to remove my email address when you send emails. This is not hard.
