I opted for the $42 tax pro services and did not realize every document I uploaded was $75. I ended up paying $480 for a service that was only convenient in terms of time. I was not told of all of the other fees until it came time to finalize my return. Never using this service again. I hope they change their service to be more transparent throughout the process in the future so it does not blindside people in the end.
