Our taxes were prepared by Bui. Less than a week later we were sent a letter from the state of Va stating we owe $1000. We went to another tax professional to take a second look and our taxes were prepared completely wrong. My husband and I asked questions the entire time and were made to feel like we were idiots for asking questions. Now that our taxes are fixed, not only do we not owe the state we are actually getting back what we kept suggesting our return should be.
Service was great. Identified errors the previous year and fixed them. Gave advice and info for next year’s taxes. Very knowledgeable.
