I have been doing my taxes at H&R Block for several years. I should’ve stuck with the same person whose first name in Hadley is Erin. Every year ,when I would do my taxes in person, I would always be asked to get the “peace of mind guarantee” . The one year that I did them online 2022, with another tax preparer, A blatant mistake was made regarding my income, Ridiculous!!! . Horrible experience, never going there again. Refused to do our taxes because we didn’t want to opt for the “ peace of mind “ add on for $35. Went from everything was ready to be submitted to “ I don’t feel comfortable filing your taxes “ when we refused to opt in for the peace of mind add on. Manager was even worse than the tax preparer. Overall horrible experience, and I surely wouldn’t recommend to anyone, let alone any friends and family.

Cost me $270 and 2 hours for them to get rejected by the IRS
