I will NEVER use H&R Block again. I come in to have a professional help me from the being to the end. I don’t mind spending the extra for what I thought was a peace of mind. I surely found out when you need them to actually do the extra service you pay for your told that the tax rep is not there do to the tax season being over. That’s not a me problem especially if the state is saying my electronic tax filing didn’t come through completely on the state end and needs to be resent.
