The worst tax experience EVER!! My wife and myself are both 72 yrs old. I made an appointment recently for 5:00pm and we showed at 5:00pm. At 5:30+ I asked the receptionist if we were on time? This female receptionist immediately started yelling at me and while screaming told me that my wife and myself must leave! Being in total shock I asked why? This is the second year in a row that I schedule my appointment with H&R Block and have to reschedule because of issues on their end. Hoping this gets better in the future for H&R Block of Leesburg.
