Ladina has patience with her clients, she is helpful, and caring. Additionally, she is professional and provides a quality service in a timely manner. I do not worry about my taxes being done correctly when Ladina is working on them. She follows up and through with me. Ladina is an exceptional employee-in fact, my husband and I no longer live in Wellington but drove two and a half hours out of our way to take our taxes to her.
