Honestly my experience was not good. My tax consultant was LEIGHBETH BALDWIN… …Either it was her or the atmosphere of the place but I just felt very uncomfortable. Leighbeth spoke about important tax information Lackadaisically.. from her tone, I felt like I was being “low balled” scammed. I've gone here for my taxes for years, depending on who you get it's either a positive or frustrating experience. There are definitely some excellent tax professionals here. Today, I came to use a drop off service. However, they closed an hour early without notifying any customers. The sign says open, we knocked on the door and no one came to answer. After several minutes of standing there we left.
Nikki Wills is awesome. I had previously gone to Gulf Coast tax in Ozona and they charged double what H&R Block charges. The woman at the front desk of Gulf Coast was rude and unprofessional. I will forever stay with H&R Block!!! Everyone at H&R Block is so friendly and helpful!
