Great just great very helpful
We dealt with Suzanne, Linda, and Tabitha-- forgive me if there is incorrect spelling. Our tax returns involved multiple states and several financial issues. They were kind, first and foremost. The knowledge and experience they used was incredible. Tax options and opinions were invaluable! Tax issues can be scary & expensive but we came out A ok and didn't suffer a nervous breakdown!
Randy Corbin had my tax documents for 6 weeks and was very rude to me when I had called to check on them. I picked my forms up to take them somewhere else and the new tax professional we used had them done in a day… so I will never understand what the hold up was. We have used him previous years with the same issues! He won’t return emails or phone calls and has very poor and unfriendly communication skills. We should have switched sooner. I advise customers to find a different “professional.”
