If I could give 0 stars I would. They did pur taxes incorrectly and we recieved a letter from the IRS stating such. I've called 3 separate times now to speak with someone and they said we had to pay a special fee in order to be covered. So I paid them to do a job they did incorrectly and did not complete but they won't help us now bc even though we paid their fee we didnt pay a special fee for the job to be done correctly?
