No stars...I call to get questions answered that your "automatic computer"cannot answer. AND yet that is all I get for 5 minutes!! DIY options do not give the getting a live body on the phone! Then when I do get a live person on the phone there IS STILL NO HELP!!!! H & R Block can kiss my ass !!!!!!!! Had to give one Star to post......
I have had good experiences with Cathy, however the other lady who started my tax filing filed my refunds and information under someone else's social security number. I'm not sure how this happens as I gave her my physical card and it was laying right there in front of her on the desk and I have been doing business there for 8 years prior.. Here it is 8 months later and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND. H&R Block has lost my business. This has been a total nightmare.
