Awful experience, from not remembering my name and asking me several times during the visit, to not answering our messages until 2 months later, this was the worst experience with H&R ever. He seemed like he didn't care, blaming his assistant for not responding my messages. He charged us a lot for a job half done, we ended up redoing our taxes and the person who did it told us that there were several mistakes in the filing. Do not recommend this place.
Brian is very friendly and VERY helpful with dealing with taxes. 10/10.
