They failed to file my wife's taxes last year. They said they'd wave our tax fee this year, they didn't. The lady this year was slow as molasses, and had to be told to do anything above the minimum, like filing our church donations. And she did them wrong to the point we broke even, but had to pay $330 to file. Then we were called and told our taxes had been redone while we weren't there and now had a bigger rebate. They was professional and fast.
I was audited for my 2019 tax return and they have not helped me at all to get it straightened out! I will not be going there next year!
