Got my taxes filed here for the 2023 tax year, I didn't get my return and after awhile got a letter from the IRS saying I needed to send them pay stubs and whatnot. It was a hassle. After sending them what they asked for I reached out to H&R about it and they basically told me it's not their problem and it's between me and the IRS. I still haven't gotten my 2023 return as of March 2025. I'll never use H&R block again, go with Turbotax or someone more trustworthy.
