Made an appointment only to get there on time and them be closed. The sign in the window says closed until March
Have tried 3 times for their help and they are never there. Sign says Tues and Fri 10-2 but noone is there. I called Tues after being there from 10 till 10:30 and she called back 25 minutes later and said she had an emergency. Went back today at 10 and finally called at 11:00 and noone has returned my call. I've tried using them for at least 4 years and noone is ever there on time, Ever. We stand outside and all of us talk about it-Never Ever there on time. And always say they "Had An Emergency"-Every Time. May I suggest try... read more
Clara did a great job helping me file my Taxes. Very nice and professional.
Definitely need to update their operating hours. On the door it says they are open until 6. Not a single living soul in the building while i’m sitting out here at 2:30 on a Wednesday. My girl got with them a day ago about some files she needed and still no response. Terrible response and service.
