ALICIA, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE. SHE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO GIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
My tax preparer was super sweet. The schedule from the call-in service had not been entered properly and she was about to go home. She saw me and let me in and did my taxes! I was very grateful. Very polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
