So I just wanted to put this out there that H&R Block is horrible to work with if you have any issues. We did our taxes this year with them because we had a bunch of different life events happen and we didn't want to mess anything up. Our biggest mistake was using this business. Payments and refunds aside, we got a letter from our local tax agency and was told we were missing information that was on a W-2. I called them and was told to call a different branch.
