Nancy was kind and professional.
I needed some back taxes filed because I didn't do local returns for 3 years. I called and spoke with Nancy yesterday at 11:58 AM. Nancy quoted me a reasonable prep fee of $25 for each return and told me precisely what I needed to get the ball rolling. I dropped off my documents around 1:35PM. She called me at 4:50PM and said all three returns were completed and said what I owed to the York/Adams Scam Bureau. Nancy's knowledge, accuracy, and speed warrant a 5 star review.
