Absolutely 10/10 on customer service! we are in Idaho and where assigned Amy threw the website, not only did she walk us threw it all every step of the way she was always just a message away no matter what day it was she really cared about us and our situation I will definitely be back this next year and every year after!! I had a complex mess with my tax situation for 2023 and Amy H. got it straightened out for minimal charge and tax savings. I will be going back to them for 2024 taxes. I'm a very satisfied customer.
Very poor customer service. Not worth the price. Incompetence is the most prevalent quality they have . Do your own taxes and save the money.
