Rachel was our tax pro, she did our taxes no problem as always throughout the years. Good experience at the time, as always. Until…there was a state change related to property taxes, which we underpaid apparently, so we asked her to look into it a little more, which she agreed to do and said she would call us back with the information she found, wayyyyyy before the deadline to pay came.
