Caveat Emptor! If I could give a negative star I would. Went to H & R Block in Calais, Maine to have my taxes done in 2023, huge mistake! I sold my property for 310k but I am carrying a 100k note. Marsha Carlo the owner was perplexed and wasn’t sure what to do. She asked if I would come back in several weeks as she wanted to consult with someone else.
