Called to let them know that we would be no longer needing their services and that we were filing for extension and the woman that answered the phone first off was very unprofessional answering the phone to were I thought it was a machine that picked up. Then when I told her the above statement she and my name is hung up on me mid-sentence. Totally unprofessional. The reason we filed for extension was because we found out we could File C and they didn't even let us know about this. They were more concerned about taking our m... read more
