Called to let them know that we would be no longer needing their services and that we were filing for extension and the woman that answered the phone first off was very unprofessional answering the phone to were I thought it was a machine that picked up. Then when I told her the above statement she and my name is hung up on me mid-sentence. Totally unprofessional.
