Never coming back to any H&R Block. We were audited and told to wait nine weeks! Well it’s been 14 weeks and come to find out there was a secondary step after verifying our return and identities that our tax Professional Christina Alvarez failed to even tell us about and won’t return our calls!! Because of this negligence we now have only just BEGUN Our nine week auditing process and have to wait until September to even see our tax return!!! H&R Block has always overpriced their services!!
