Not very pleased with how Larry Pratt does service. Avoid him and this place all together. He needs to see an eye doctor or just retire because he can't read simple numbers and can't type the correct numbers for your bank account. I have never done business with someone as ignorant and arrogant as him. He even rolled his eyes at me a few times when I expressed how unhappy I was with his service and lack of accountability for his mess up with the bank and routing number. My bank account information was not put in correctly by Larry Pratt. He instead put the bank’s phone number into the account number and the same for the routing number. We have been trying to resolve this problem for a month now being today this day the refund will come in to the next day to the next. Nothing! Then copped an attitude and tried to gaslight my wife about how provided the bank number as our routing and bank account number. They entered my wife's information wrong (larry pratt) and has had an attitude when we are trying to fix it and we aren't talking about a little bit of money either they are incompetent fr never go here. H&R BLOCKS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD TO US NOT THIS LOCATION
Curtesy and knowledge but I believe the charges for the various insurance types of things should be included without extra costs. This is a business model of upselling and paying more for less. To me it was a disappointment and way too much money
