WARNING ‼️ Don’t trust these HR block people at all. They are ZERO at doing their job. Experience with JOSHUA was worst. He doesn’t understand what you want and cannot even make you understand. At one time they do taxes of multiple people which results in ERROR in your taxes. They will later BLAME you only for wrong taxes. I received a PENALTY of $9000 bcoz these people didn’t tell me that i owe to the govt and just told me about the refund. They took a FEE of $900 from me to do my taxes. It was horrible , Quincey screwed up my dads return and when I asked for help I was told they were closing soon and can’t help . Do yourself a favor and go to Actual accountants . Spoke with Joshua and he was very rude and condescending .
I would only go back for Joshua. He had a great attitude. Would call to follow up and would try his best to find a time to get my taxes done. I always look for someone who is friendly and willing to communicate. Bonus as he speaks Cantonese.

Carmen was excellent. She showed me i missed out on things from my tax return 2 years ago. Top notch.
