Had an appointment to file my taxes in person when i arrived for the appointment they had double booked my slot so I had to drop my taxes off to be filed online. I left detailed instructions to update my bank info and other details at the time of drop off. I chatted with online agent during online appointment also telling them to update certain info to file correctly. Banking info was never updated now im stuck waiting weeks for paper checks and all this still cost me over $500. If i could of done this in person these issues... read more
This was my first time doing my taxes with H&R block and it was a great experience. My tax specialist Paula was terrific and made the experience very painless and efficient. I highly would recommend anyone on the fence about doing their taxes here to give them a try! Thank you again Paula!!!
My wife set an appointment to do our taxes. Appointment was at 10am. Was told by customer service to wait 10m min. No one showed after 45 min. Called customer service again and was told our appointment was canceled. It was canceled becuase no tax pro was assigned. Nice to have know that before hand.
Just wanted to say how professional and helpful the people at the H&R Block Windham office are (Shout out to Amanda and Bob especially, you both are great). Had a weird issue with my taxes and they went above and beyond to try and help me figure something out. Thank you both so much! H&R Block please give them a raise!
