My wife set an appointment to do our taxes. Appointment was at 10am. Was told by customer service to wait 10m min. No one showed after 45 min. Called customer service again and was told our appointment was canceled. It was canceled becuase no tax pro was assigned. Nice to have know that before hand.
Just wanted to say how professional and helpful the people at the H&R Block Windham office are (Shout out to Amanda and Bob especially, you both are great). Had a weird issue with my taxes and they went above and beyond to try and help me figure something out. Thank you both so much! H&R Block please give them a raise!
Tax “pro”…he (Musa) had no idea how to do my taxes and literally tried to short me over $1,000 if I hadn’t pointed out the mistake…I only wonder how many other mistakes he made that I don’t know about. Will not be returning to H&R Block in the future. Also he literally grabbed a stack of papers out of my hand when I was leaving because he wanted to put it in a different folder, even though he knew I wanted it and I took it back and I told him not to take stuff out of my hand.
