Had an easy and helpful appointment. Yien was knowledgeable about all of the changes in tax law, plus’s navigating some of our own personal changes and needs. She also did well when we had to bring in our one year-old and was very accommodating and understanding.
The Dixon Plaza H&R office was very clean and professional. Yien Saeturn was so efficient, quick and very nice to speak with. I would recommend her and I will definitely be back next year and request that she complete my taxes. In the past I have always completed my taxes on Turbo Tax, from now on it will be with H&R Block. Thank you Yien!

I took my taxes in as a drop off in dixon. Poor experience already. I'm not sure where my taxes are right now. You can't count on anybody to do a job.Good anymore.
