Do not use the Whalley Ave H&R Block in New Haven, CT. I booked an appointment online for April 13 at 376 Whalley Ave. The system scheduled me with a manager who doesn't do individual taxes. I only found out because I called ahead. When I rescheduled, the receptionist told me to upload my documents so my file would be ready before I arrived. I did. I was nottt pleased at allll by there service That Mr. Stanley guyy he rushed threw my taxes putting my SSN wrong ! Then the big boy at the front Dest didn’t wanna answer the phone when I was calling until I said I was coming up there now he wanted to give the phone to him ! He’s getting to old for his job !
