I was told by the receptionist I would have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment I'll go somewhere else sorry not sorry I have been a customer for 3 years hire more people busy is a good problem have and deal with it accordingly 😭
I worked with Wendy at this branch, last year. I gave her 4 set of taxes, 2019, 2020,2021, 2022. 2019 couldn't be used, but the rest could. At first, I was given an estimated return of around 6k, a few missing stimuluses were in there. However, and I know she'll deny it, she took 2020 and 2021 and combined them. When the IRS was checking it over, they started to decrease the amount. Seeing as I got a stimulus check in 2020, they took off the missing one for 2021. And so forth.
