Terrible! We have filed taxes last year with them.We have paid double the amount people pay to other companies.In return,we didn’t even get hold of a lady sit in there.Only time we connected after so many calls.Knly thing she said,”I can’t help lets see what you get in following months” I would never recommend file taxes with them. -10stars rating
If you make an appointment, they are very efficient! Happy to pay the service fee as a new comer who barely know nothing about TAX. Thank you Falak.
