I had my taxes done at the pleasant hill office and it was a great experience. The office manager, I believe her name was Karen, was absolutely wonderful and kind and helpful and patient. Also, the accountant that helped me with my taxes, Meimei Zhu, was absolutely amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable. It is best to make an appointment and not just walk in as there are a lot of people that are there. I did have to wait a little bit, but it’s understandable because tax season is so busy.
