Very great experience overall. Imran was amazing, I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was super kind, and patient with me as I was gathering documents that I did not realize that I needed beforehand. He helped me save quite a bit of money from compared to what I was getting on turbo tax.
My 2023 taxes were a complete disaster, the tax associate Imran screwed up my returns to where I had to pay money back. He was not flexible and could not work around the situation, he did not explain anything and was very lazy. I was supposed to receive a refund like I normally do every year but Imran did not know what he was doing, his personality was also very robotic.
