Horrible they did a lot of mistakes on my taxes. I’m trying to do my taxes at the same time where they’re trying to help other people on the phone . it took them three times to get a new Embro card that would not work. Waited two weeks. call on the phone 50 times still couldn’t help us They do not know how to activate cards if you’re having trouble with your card please see David at H&R Block. 128 Irving Park Road wood Dale Illinois. It took him 7min fix my problem, and my card started working instantly. It might be a long d... read more
