If I could give them zero stars I would. This was my third year going to this location and working with Kelly Brewer, she hasn't responded to any of my calls and can't tell me why I haven't received my taxes this year! Stay away from this place and her. She is highly unprofessional, and I feel like I've been scammed..
The lady who did my taxes in the years past here was always wonderful, the tax experts are not my issue. The girl who answered the phone, Destiny, I found rude; furthermore, the prices to get your taxes done is also insane to me. Although I was calling to cancel my appointment, she made me repeat myself and I even heard a giggle when saying she’d cancel it. I see from the recent reviews, I’m not the only one with problems with reception.
The past few years I had been going here. But some reason 🤔 I don't receive my whole money 😒 back. I always keep 💯 on going back and they don't want to deal with my issues 💯 .
I called this H&R block to inquire about the emerald 1300 loan. I mention that I'm a disabled veteran getting paid disability/compensation by the Veterans Affairs. Before I could even mention that I get paid $3400 a month, she abruptly interrupts me with a change in tone and says "no, no, no, not if that is your only income" and then hangs up. She could of at least asked how much I make a month and not been so rude.
