I’ve been going to Jennifer Williams in your Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for 5 years or so. She is always professional, helpful and very, very nice. I enjoy my time with her and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had Roman Adam's do our 2024 taxes and he messed numbers up. Got a letter from IRS saying my taxes needed to be amended do to wrong information. Took letter I to H&R Jenneifer Williams took it and said yes stuff was entered wrong and she would have it fixed by end of week. Will its been 4 months now and still nothing. Have called gone down and no return calls or they are not there or with another client. A little while later I get a message saying they lost my documents.
