I will never return to this location! I was told that my taxes would be ready to pick up and was then told that they won’t be ready for another day…this happened 2 times. At least let me know that they aren’t ready instead of wasting my time. Also, Mary Baggett was extremely unprofessional and rude saying that I need to “do better” financially next year…who even says that?!
