My preparer was great....the atmosphere in the office however was loud, uncomfortable and made my stressed! No one wants to hear your entire conversation when getting their taxes done!
Idiots. No one knows what’s going on. Tax return not completed even though I had an appointment. They had trouble even locating my paperwork. Once found, I just took it back and left. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use them. I learned my lesson
A helpful team for a miserable task
I had a wonderful experience with Mrs.Chau!! She was a patient, kind, and very funny. I appreciate her for all her help..Well definitely return and refer people to this H&R Block💕
They were fast accurate and helped me find all the deductions I am entitled to. I will definitely use them again next year!
