My tax preparer was absolutely wonderful and kind. She is so clear and helpful. If you go to the 8th St. location... as for LENY. She is an absolute gem! The whole staff is so friendly there and kind. Thank you to Leny and everyone. :)
Take your taxes elsewhere! A terrible experience with Janet Haviland. All documents were submitted 3 weeks ahead of the deadline, Janet confirmed that reports were sent out but didn't provide a receipt. For 2 weeks we were refused evidence of filing and after raising the issue with the supervisor found out that reports were not filed (at least they don't have confirmation of that).
