I have been using h n r block for 10years and have always gotten a return and this year after some of the biggest tax breaks in history I came into this location to do my taxes and had to deal with Ankita with four w2s nothing else and was told I owed a lot of money to which her entire demeanor changed to incredibly rude, talking over me, demanding I come back and pay up after also attempting to withhold my documentation from me. Jennifer made the whole experience so easy and quick! I was so nervous I wasn't going to have everything I needed or get anything back but she made she to inform me through the process and made me feel so comfortable and confident like I wasn't just another number in line. Very professional and personable. Great sense of humor! My fiance and I have already decided to make her our tax lady for years to come!
