Worst experience ever. Spent over $400 to have Quinn Phan completely ignore my work and never filed my taxes! I have a refund due. Called numerous times. And nothing! Still haven't heard back from anyone. I have been doing my taxes for over a decade with this company with great customer service until Quinn Phan ruined it. She needs to fired if not already

I can't even give them a 1 star. I have been going to H&R Block in Maple Grove for years to do my taxes. The professional is Elena Ebert. I am now 72 (widowed for 40 years) retired and a home owner. I have my retirement pay, mortgage and contributions. This year she called me last week, telling me my fee for her doing my taxes was $215.00. I went in today to find out my fee is $390.00.
