We appreciate Jeanne Lafary so much! She did an excellent job helping us file taxes following my Dads passing. Would highly recommend her, she is both competent and very kind. The receptionist was also very friendly as well. We were able to get an appointment quickly and complete the tax filing same day.

Terrible service! They do not back-up their work that they do on your taxes! They will not return phones calls, they do not help with discrepancies that they have made on your taxes, and they bold-faced lied to us saying they will help by contacting the Indiana Department of Revenue to get the issue taken care of, which now has costs us not only the $5,000 that they said we owed from H & R's mistake, but there is a penalty and interest of $600 added on now, that should have been avoided if H & R would have sent a letter expl... read more
