Terrible service! They do not back-up their work that they do on your taxes! They will not return phones calls, they do not help with discrepancies that they have made on your taxes, and they bold-faced lied to us saying they will help by contacting the Indiana Department of Revenue to get the issue taken care of, which now has costs us not only the $5,000 that they said we owed from H & R's mistake, but there is a penalty and interest of $600 added on now, that should have been avoided if H & R would have sent a letter expl... read more

I went and got my taxes done for 2023s taxes after going here for multiple years I never had a problem until the lady messed up on my taxes and chose to put me as single instead of head of house hold she technically just lied on my taxes don't trust them I've called every other hnr block around and they said to amend it and thos hnr block is saying a bunch of stuff to make sure I don't because she nows it will have to come out of her pocket if I paid in less and she would have to pay the difference and they keep hanging up o... read more
