An amazing crew!! I didn't think I was going to be able to get my taxes done today. They were able to squeeze me in, not to mention quick and efficient work. I would recommend them any day of the week, highly recommend the H&R team for whoever needs their help!!
I submitted my taxes over a month ago with Yvonne who has seemed to go ghost and has stopped replying to my messages. I find this to be super unprofessional and extremely inconvenient as I now apparently have to find someone who is more competent to do my taxes. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my service and the level of professionalism in this office. I wouldn't recommend anyone from this office to do your taxes unless looking for a giant run around and a headache.
